Our wedding team has the ideas and the experience to advise you on the best choices whether you are thinking of a small affair with 40 guests or a grander celebration with up to 350. The Palm Ballroom will cater for these beautifully with the adjoining pre-function centre flowing out onto the terrace. What a romantic place to exchange your vows. Beautiful wedding couples will be pampered and fussed over at the Ocean Day Spa and Hair Salon where the beauty therapists will ensure you are relaxed and ready for your big day!

Wedding venues

Bask in the natural sunlight as you make your vows on the Palm Terrace. With northern views of Surfers paradise, this private outdoor terrace will not disappoint for a scenic ceremony location. There is also a selection of adjoining rooms, which can be configured as an intimate indoor ceremony location. The décor is neutral allowing for theming and styling to suit your plans.
You will be spoilt for choice with a reception venue. Choose from the Boulevard Ballroom, boasting high ceilings and natural light, this large reception space can host up to 300 guests.
The Palm Ballroom is the hotel’s largest venue onsite. Catering for up to 350 guests, this space features an adjoining outdoor terrace area, perfect for an exclusive breakout area between celebrations.

Wedding accommodation

After your day of celebrations, relax in one of our modern accommodation rooms. All with private balconies offering a choice of city, hinterland or sweeping ocean views.
Our ocean or river view spa suites, are ideal for the newly married couple. Located on the top level of the hotel, these rooms offer spacious living areas, perfect for preparing for your big day, and indulging in the private spa bath after a magical day.
To help your guests celebrate the special night, we also have a range of options for singles, couples and families alike.

Take the stress out of planning your wedding with the support of our Wedding Coordinator. With a variety of wedding packages available, you can choose from the most comprehensive package where all the details are taken care of by our team (including DJ), or choose from a more custom package.
We have a great choice of Wedding Ceremony Packages, Romance Wedding Packages, Celebration Cocktail Packages and Cocktail Packages.

Catering and menus

At the centre of your wedding are delicious food and drink options. At Mantra on View Hotel we offer a variety of wedding dinner options.
Choose from our buffet menu with cold dishes to start, hot mains and your wedding cake as dessert.
We also offer a plated menu with entrée (cold, warm or hot/spicy), mains inspired with seasonal produce and your wedding cake for dessert.
Our onsite restaurant, NOSH Pan Asian, is also available for dining. The restaurant is the perfect spot for pre-reception cocktails or smaller receptions. Dietary requirements are also cared for on request (gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian).
